新乡土主义视角下乡村工业废弃地更新再利用研究——以兰州张家寺村砖瓦厂改造项目为例

摘　　要：由于乡村产业的转型,乡村中产生了大量的工业废弃地,其成为影响乡村环境的重要因素。随着乡村振兴战略以及国家全域土地综合整治系统工程的不断推进,为乡村工业废弃地的转变带来了机遇。该文以新乡土主义为切入点,提出自然生态、营造乡土气息、延续场所记忆、体验性、新旧协调、可持续发展六大原则及三大策略:维护生态系统、增强环境保护性;营造乡土景观、加强场所归属感;与时俱进,促进可持续发展,使更新后的乡村工业废弃地在符合乡村新时代发展的同时盘活乡村资源,复兴乡村文化。以张家寺村砖瓦厂改造设计为例,从整体规划、建筑更新、景观设施、植被设计四方面进行具体阐述,以期为乡村工业废弃地的更新再利用提供一定借鉴依据。Due to the transformation of rural industry,a large number of industrial wasteland have been produced in the countryside,which has become an important factor affecting the rural environment.With the continuous advancement of the rural revitalization strategy and the national comprehensive land consolidation system project,it has brought opportunities for the transformation of rural industrial wasteland.Based on the new localism.We put forward six principles of natural ecology,creating local flavor,continuing place memory,experience,old and new coordination,sustainable development,we also put forward three strategies,such as maintaining ecosystem and enhancing environmental protection,creating a local landscape,strengthening the sense of belonging,and advancing with the times and promoting sustainable development,so as to make the updated rural industrial wasteland revitalize rural resources and revive rural culture while conforming to the development of the new era of rural areas.Taking the reconstruction design of brick factory in Zhangjiasi village as an example,we expound the overall planning,building renewal,landscape facilities and vegetation design,in order to provide some reference for the renewal and reuse of rural industrial wasteland.
