建筑构成学理论引导下的里分保护更新研究——以汉口三德里为例

摘　　要：针对城市历史建筑类型中的里分保护更新面临的新问题与需求,从建筑构成学角度提出适用于里分更新的构成逻辑体系,从内部功能空间和外立面角度系统梳理建筑构成学理论下的里分保护更新方式,以武汉市三德里片区的保护更新为实例,尝试将构成学相关理论要点运用到设计程序中,从实践的角度剖析里分更新营造的具体做法,为里分保护更新工作提供新的设计方法与工作路径。In view of the new problems and demands faced by the protection and renewal of the Lifen in urban historic building types,we propose a logical constitution system applicable to the Lifen renewal from the perspective of architectural composition,and we systematically analyze the protection and renewal methods of the Lifen under the theory of architectural composition from the perspective of internal functional space and facade.Taking the protection and renewal of Sandeli District in Wuhan as an example,we try to apply the relevant theoretical points of composition science to the design procedure,and analyze the specific methods of Lifen updating from the perspective of practice,so as to provide a new design method and working path for Lifen protection and renewal work.
