摘　　要：目的:为进一步提高国家药品标准物质的供应保障能力、提升服务质量和服务水平,更好地支撑药品监管需求和行业发展。方法:通过研究中国食品药品检定研究院标准物质供应部门2022年接收的标准物质供应申请资料,梳理供应流程的各环节要素,分析供货周期的影响因素。结果:通过分析标准物质的供应流程,可为用户顺利订购提供指导,也为提高订单处理的工作效率提供参考。结论:通过梳理并优化标准物质供应流程、简化工作程序,可以方便用户自主订购、提高订单处理效率、节省人力与时间成本,实现用户与供应机构双赢,并有助于把好饮食用药安全关。Objective:To further improve the supply guarantee ability of the national drug reference standards,improve service quality and service level,so as to better meet the drug regulatory requirements and ensure the development of the industry.Methods:By studying the application materials for reference standards received by the reference standard supply department of the NIFDC in 2022,the elements in each link of the supply process were sorted out and the factors af fecting the supply cycle were analyzed.Results:By studying the supply process of reference standards,it could provide guidance for users to order smoothly and also provide references for improving the efficiency of order processing.Conclusion:By sorting out and optimizing the supply process of reference standards and simplifying the working procedures,it can facilitate users to order independently,improve the efficiency of order processing,save labor and time costs,achieve a win-win situation between users and the supply organization,and help to ensure the safety of food and medicine.
