摘 要:以高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯及两者混合物为基体,以木粉为填料,制备塑木复合材料(WPC),对比研究了3种WPC在60和90℃水热环境中的老化性能。结果表明,所有WPC在温度为60或90℃条件下的吸水率及尺寸变化率均随浸泡时间的延长而增加,并且,呈现先快速增加、后逐渐缓和的趋势,混合基体WPC的吸水率和尺寸变化率在同样的时间段均高于其他2种WPC;经水热老化后,所有WPC的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度均有下降,当温度为60℃时,LDPE基的拉伸强度、弯曲强度及冲击强度下降均较显著,保持率分别为96.22%、93.76%和92.66%;当温度为90℃时,LDPE基的拉伸强度及冲击强度下降均较显著,保持率分别为89.44%和87.20%,HDPE/LDPE混合基WPC弯曲强度下降较显著,保持率为88.76%;扫描电子显微镜照片显示,水热老化使WPC的内部结构发生了一定程度的破坏,90℃下破坏程度较显著。Wood-plastic composite(WPC) were prepared by using high density polyethylene(HDPE),low density polyethylene(LDPE) and the mixture of HDPE and LDPE as matrix respectively,and wood flour as reinforcement(maked as H-WPC,L-WPC and HL-WPC),the hydrothermal aging behaviors of different WPC at 60 and 90 ℃ were comparatively investigated.The results showed that,the water uptake and dimensional change rates of WPC at 60 or 90 ℃ were all increased with the hydrothermal aging time,much faster at first,then gradually slowed down,both the water uptake and dimensional change rates of WPC using the mixture of HDPE and LDPE as matrix were both greater than those of HDPE or LDPE based WPC;After hydrothermal aging,the tensile,flexural and impact strengths of all WPC were decreased,at 60 ℃,all the strengths of LDPE based WPC were decreased the most obviously,the retention rates were 96.22%,93.76% and 92.66%,respectively;at 90 ℃,the tensile and impact strengths of LDPE based WPC were decreased the most obviously,the retention rates were 89.44% and 87.20% respectively,while the flexural strength of HL-WPC were decreased the most obviously with a retention rate of 88.76%;SEM pictures showed that,the internal structures of WPC were destroyed by hydrothermal aging to some extent,this damage was more serious at 90 ℃.
