摘 要:以高铁内风挡为研究对象,利用Moldflow软件对产品的注射成型过程进行有限元模拟。将内风挡的体积收缩率和缩痕指数作为研究目标,采用正交试验法进行数据处理,得到注射工艺参数对内风挡体积收缩率和缩痕指数的影响程度,按照由大到小的顺序排列为模具温度>熔体温度>注射时间>保压时间>保压压力,并且,由响应回归方程得到最佳注射工艺参数。优化结果表明,在模具温度185℃、熔体温度65℃、注射时间115.5 s、保压时间8.49 s、保压压力70 MPa时,体积收缩率和缩痕指数达到最小,分别为7.878%和9.015%,与优化前相比,分别降低了12.5%、10.8%,优化后的工艺参数能够显著降低制品的体积收缩率和缩痕指数,提高内风挡的成型质量。Taking the volume shrinkage rate and sink mark index of the inner windshield as the research target,the orthogonal test method was used for data processing,and the influence degree of the injection process parameters on the volume shrinkage rate and sink mark index of the inner windshield was obtained,that was,mold temperaturemelt temperatureinjection timeholding timeholding pressure,and the injection process parameters were optimized by the response regression equation.The optimization results showed that the volume shrinkage and sink index were the smallest when the mold temperature was 185 ℃,the melt temperature was 65 ℃,the injection time was 115.5 s,the holding time was 8.49 s,and the holding pressure was 70 MPa.The shrinkage and sink index were 7.878% and 9.015%,respectively,which were 12.5% and 10.8% lower than those before optimization.The optimized process parameters could significantly reduce the volume shrinkage rate and sink index of the product,and improved the molding quality of the inner windshield.
