摘 要:与无嵌件注射成型工艺相比,采用注射成型的方法制得的金属嵌件的强度显著提升,但是,存在翘曲、粘接强度较低等质量缺陷。以航空发动机滑油箱支架为例,研究了熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力和嵌件厚度对金属嵌件复合材料支架的翘曲变形的影响,同时分析了不同环境温度和粘接强度对支架应力的影响。结果表明,嵌件厚度是造成制品产生翘曲变形的重要因素之一,结合翘曲和质量指标,当嵌件厚度为3 mm,工艺组合为A_(1)B_(4)C_(4)D_(3)时,熔体温度为370℃、模具温度为205℃、保压压力为70 MPa、嵌件厚度为3 mm,方案最优;与粘接强度对支架应力的影响程度相比,环境温度对应力的影响更大。Compared with non-embedded injection molding processes,metal embedded injection molding could improve the strength of the product,but there were also quality defects such as warranty and low bonding strength.Taking the aero engine bacted oil tank bracket as an example,the impact of the melting temperature,mold temperature,holding pressure,and embedded thickness on metal embedded composite material brackets.At the same time,the effects of different ambient temperature and bonding strength on the stress of the bracket.The results showed that the thickness of the embedded parts was an important factor that caused the product's warning.Comprehensive consideration of warning and quality indicators,the thickness of the embedded part was 3 mm,the process combination was A_1B_4C_4D_3,that was,the melt temperature was 370 ℃,the mold temperature was 205 ℃,the holding pressure was 70 MPa and the thickness of the embedded parts was 3 mm,and the solution was optimal;the effect of ambient temperature on stent stress was greater than that of bond strength on stent stress.
