摘 要:发泡聚乙烯(EPE)作为常用的缓冲包装材料,在运输过程中由于受到环境温度影响,改变了材料的隔振性能,容易对产品造成损坏,因此,研究了温度变化对EPE振动特性的影响。在-20~60℃温度范围下进行静态压缩和正弦扫频振动实验,获得不同温度下EPE的弹性模量和阻尼比。建立EPE正弦扫频振动有限元仿真模型,并且证明模型的准确性,利用有限元分析静载荷和EPE厚度对共振频率的影响。结果表明,在同一应变条件下,EPE缓冲材料的屈服应力随着温度的升高逐渐减小;不同温度下,实验与仿真共振频率的误差均小于6.9%,最大振动传递率的误差均小于1.68%;在不同温度下,共振频率随着静载荷和EPE厚度的增加均呈Allometric幂函数减小,在不同静载荷和EPE厚度下,共振频率随着温度的升高均呈线性减小。Foamed polyethylene(EPE) was a commonly used cushioning packaging material.In the transportation process,due to the influence of ambient temperature,changing isolation performance of materials,and the products were easily damaged.Therefore,the influence of temperature on the vibration characteristics of EPE was studied.The elastic modulus and damping ratio of EPE at different temperatures were obtained by static compression and sine sweep vibration tests under-20~60 ℃.The finite element simulation model of EPE sine sweep vibration was established,and the accuracy of the model was verified.The influences of static load and EPE thickness on resonance frequency were analyzed by finite element method.The results showed that under the same strain,the yield stress of EPE buffer material decreased with the increase of temperature.The error of experimental and simulation resonance frequency at different temperatures was less than 6.9%,and the error of maximum vibration transmission rate was less than 1.68%,EPE thickness decreased with the increase of static load and EPE thickness by Allometric power function under different temperature.The resonance frequency decreased linearly with the increase of temperature under different static load.
