摘 要:为探究热固性聚苯乙烯保温板(TPS)的燃烧特性和火灾危险性,采用锥形量热仪对热固性聚苯乙烯与传统聚苯乙烯保温板(EPS)的燃烧特性参数及火灾性能参数进行了测试分析与比较。结果表明,当辐射照度为35 kW/m^(2)时,TPS点燃时间为7~9 s,仅为EPS的1/20;火灾性能指数FPI为0.14(m^(2)·s)/kW,约为EPS的1/5;火灾增长指数FGI较高,其值为1.23 kW/(m^(2)·s),这表明,TPS具有易燃性好、易发生轰燃、对热敏感的特点。通过分析两者燃烧特性可知,TPS的平均热释放速率为13.57 kW/m^(2),仅为EPS的2/5;平均质量损失速率为0.007 1 g/s,约为EPS的3/5;其生烟速率和总生烟量均低于EPS。同时,TPS燃烧过程中,无熔融物滴落,并且,燃烧后材料外观结构保持完整,避免了二次火灾的发生。通过对比各项指标发现,TPS材料的燃烧性能和火灾危险性明显优于EPS。In order to explore the combustion characteristics and fire hazard of thermosetting polystyrene insulation board(TPS),TPS and traditional polystyrene insulation board(EPS)were compared and analyzed by cone calorimeter.The results showed that when the radiation intensity was 35 kW/m^(2),the ignition time of TPS was 7~9 s,only 1/20 of that of EPS,the fire performance index FPI was 0.14(m^(2)·s)/kW,which was about 1/5 of EPS,and the fire growth index FGI was higher at 1.23 kW/(m^(2)·s),indicating that TPS had the characteristics of good flammability,easy to explode and sensitive to heat.However,through the analysis of their combustion characteristics,it was known that the average heat release rate of TPS was 13.57 kW/m^(2),only 2/5 of that of EPS,and the average mass loss rate was 0.007 1 g/s,which was about 3/5 of EPS.The smoke generation rate and total smoke production were lower than EPS.In addition,there was no molten drop during TPS combustion and the external structure remains intact after combustion,thus avoiding the occurrence of secondary fire.Through the comparison of various indexes,it was found that the flammability and fire risk of TPS material were obviously better than those of EPS.
