摘 要:为分析国产防垢防蜡低表面能改性聚烯烃材料在油田集输工艺中的适用性,利用高温高压反应釜装置,采用挂片实验方法,探究其在不同油田集输工况条件下,采出原油及采出水中的溶胀行为规律。结果表明,采出原油、采出水均使其发生溶胀、质量增大;增重率随温度升高而增大;采出原油引起的增重率显著高于采出水,最大增重率为+4.59%,满足±5%的限制条件。集输介质的渗透导致试样变黄、原有的网状交联结构消失,当集输压力为6.0 MPa时,水的渗透使材料表面产生约2.9μm的微裂纹。介质渗透后,拉伸强度最大变化率为-10.26%,满足±20%的限制条件。结果表明,国产低表面能改性聚烯烃适合用作集输压力小于等于4.0 MPa的复合管的内衬材料。In order to clarify the applicability of modified polyolefin with low surface energy to prevent scaling and waxing in gathering system of oilfields,the swelling and permeability behavior characteristics of the modified polyolefin in crude oil and produced water were researched experimentally by hanging pieces in a reactor under different gathering conditions.It was found that both crude oil and produced water could result into swell,i.e.,the weight of polyolefin samples increases.This increase of weight would rise up under a higher temperature.The weight increasing rate caused by produced crude oil was significantly higher than that of produced water with the maximum of +4.59%,which could meet the requirements of ±5%.The permeation of the medium would lead to yellowing of samples and disappearance of the original cross-linking network structure in permeation zone.Cracks with longest size of about 2.9 μm were observed on surface of samples when pressure was 6.0 MPa.The maximal changing rate of tensile strength was-10.26% resulted from medium permeation,which could meet the requirements of ±20%.Results demonstrate that this modified polyolefin with low surface energy could be used as inner liner of non-metallic composite pipe in gathering environment with pressure not exceeding 4.0 MPa.
