甘肃省建设“一带一路”重要通道和西部陆海新通道北段枢纽路径研究

摘　　要：甘肃是连接欧亚大陆桥的战略通道和沟通西南、西北的交通枢纽,是“一带一路”中的重要节点。西部陆海新通道建设为甘肃“南向”拓展提供了新机遇。本文阐述了甘肃省建设通道枢纽的发展基础和优势,分析了新时期甘肃省扩大对外开放格局面临的形势和存在的问题,提出了新时期甘肃省扩大对外开放格局、打造“一带一路”重要通道和西部陆海新通道北段枢纽的发展方向。Gansu province is a strategic link to the Eurasian land bridge and a transportation hub linking the southwest and northwest of China.It is an important node in“the Belt and Road”.The construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor provides new opportunities for the Southward expansion of Gansu province.This paper expounds the development basis and advantages of Gansu province in the construction of channel hub,and analyzes the situation and problems faced by Gansu province in the pattern of expanding its opening to the outside world in the new period,states the development direction of expanding the pattern of opening up to the outside world,creating an important“Belt and Road”channel and a hub in the northern section of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor.
