摘  要:为提高未来轻小型无人机运行安全水平,对轻小型无人机未来交通管理运行系统进行风险识别与评估。首先采用流程图法和因果分析法对轻小型无人机未来交通管理运行流程进行初步风险识别,确定轻小型无人机运行风险因素;然后利用风险矩阵法和Borda序值法相结合的方式对风险因素进行评估。结果表明,驾驶员的违规操作和人员密集区风险等级较高,未来需重点管控,为相关管理部门开展轻小型无人机安全监管提供决策参考。In order to improve the safety level of light and small UAV operation in the future,the risk identification and evaluation of the future traffic management and operation system of light and small UAV is carried out.Firstly,the flow chart method and causal analysis method are used to conduct preliminary risk identification on the future traffic management operation process of light and small UAV,and determine the operation risk factors of light and small UAV.Then risk factors are evaluated by combining risk matrix method and Borda order value method.The results show that the driver's illegal operation and the risk level of densely populated areas are high,and the future needs to focus on control,which provides decision-making reference for relevant management departments to carry out light and small UAV safety supervision.
