摘 要:当前中国部分城市建设公交都市过度追求扩大轨道规模,导致地方财政负担加重、交通系统依然拥堵等问题。东北地区城市在自然地理环境、经济水平、人口发展等存在典型特征,有必要研究适应地区发展、符合地域特色的公共交通模式。以长春市为例,分析东北地区居民出行特点及城市交通问题特征,结合城市发展趋势及国内外建设公交都市相关案例分析,指出长春应转变目前大力建设轨道的思路,构建以完善地面公交为主的寒地特色公交都市。最后,从城市轨道、公交系统、道路网络、需求管理等方面系统性提出发展策略,为东北地区城市建设公交都市提供参考。At present,some cities in China are excessively pursuing the expansion of the track scale in the construction of public transport cities.There are problems such as increasing the local financial burden and the traffic system is still congested.Cities in Northeast China have typical characteristics in natural geographical environment,economic level,population development,etc.It is necessary to develop a public transportation mode that adapts to regional development and has regional characteristics.Taking Changchun as an example,this paper analyzes the travel characteristics of residents in Northeast China and the characteristics of urban traffic problems.Combined with the urban development trend and the analysis of relevant domestic and foreign cases,it is pointed out that Changchun should change the current idea of vigorously building rails and build a cold area based on the improvement of ground public transportation.Finally,systematic development strategies are put forward from the aspects of urban rail,bus system,road network,and demand management.It can provide reference for cities in Northeast China to build public transport cities.
