摘　　要：机场助航设备的有效运行是飞机安全起降的重要条件,尽管行业内发布了系列维护规程、技术标准等,但由于助航设备数量多、种类多且运行环境复杂,实际对助航设备的运营维护管理仍然存在较大的问题。本文从机场助航灯光系统运维实际情况出发,提出了一种包含任务管理、台账管理、问题管理的综合管理系统,并介绍了三个模块数据交互构成的管理闭环,最后考虑了机场实现该系统的可能硬件支持。该系统中三个模块之间相互配合,形成完整的、全面的闭环管理流程,既满足了机场工程的规范标准,简化管理流程和现场工作流程的同时,提升了机场助航灯光系统的维护工作效果,保障了机场航班的正常起降,大大提高机场运行效率,具有较高的实用价值。The effective operation of airport navigation aids is an important condition for aircraft to take off and land safely,although the industry has issued a series of maintenance procedures,technical standards,etc.Due to the large number and variety of navigation aids and complex operating environment,there are still great problems in the actual operation and maintenance management of navigation aids.Starting from the actual situation of airport navigation aid lighting system operation and maintenance,a comprehensive management system is proposed including task management,ledger management and problem management,which introduces the management closed loop composed of data interaction of three modules,and finally considers the possible hardware support of the airport to implement the system.The three modules in the system cooperate with each other to form a complete and comprehensive closed-loop management process,which not only meets the specifications and standards of airport engineering,simplifies the management process and on-site work process, but also improves the maintenance effect of the airport navigation aid lighting system,ensures the normal take-off and landing of airport flights, greatly improves the airport operation efficiency, andhas high practical value.
