摘　　要：为推进铁路车辆维修落实“碳达峰、碳中和”行动,以某地方铁路运输公司为例,从检、养、修3个方面阐述了能源消耗和污染排放现状,提出创新绿色维修技术、优化修程修制、强化能源管理体系建设等绿色低碳发展对策,为铁路行车设备设施养护维修领域节能环保工作持续改进提供借鉴。In order to promote the implementation of carbon dioxide peaking and carbon neutrality action of rolling stock maintenance,this paper takes a local railway transportation company as an example to describe the current situation of energy consumption and pollution emissions from three aspects of inspect,maintenance and repair,and proposes green and low-carbon development countermeasures such as innovation of green maintenance technology,optimization of maintenance system,and strengthening the construction of energy management system,which is conducive to promoting sustainable and high-quality development of transportation industry.
