摘 要:在密封胶基础原料中掺入纳米活性分子碳酸钙和重钙粉作为辅助混合料,制备建筑用硅酮密封胶试样。分析硅酮密封胶由于KH-590和KH-792的加入各项性能指标所产生的变化,确定1%掺量硅烷偶联剂KH-792为最佳密封胶制备比例。结果表明:其表干和固化时间、粘接强度和力学性能指标均表现优良。与聚硫密封胶和聚氨酯密封胶相比,硅酮密封胶的吸水率分别降低了43.2%和32.4%,在紫外线老化测试进行至28 d时,粘接强度分别提高了7.93%和15.25%,拉伸强度分别提高了22.45%和13.2%,腐蚀面积分别减少了64%和47%,具有较强的应用性。The sample of silicone sealant for construction was prepared by adding nano-active molecular calcium carbonate and heavy calcium powder into the base material of sealant as auxiliary mixture.The change of the performance index of silicone sealant due to the addition of KH-590 and KH-792 was analyzed,and 1%silane coupling agent KH-792 was determined as the best preparation ratio of sealant.Through comparative test analysis,the surface drying and curing time,bonding strength and mechanical properties of the product are excellent.Compared with polysulfide sealant and polyurethane sealant,the water absorption of silicone sealant decreases by 43.2%and 32.4%,respectively,and the bonding strength increases by 7.93%and 15.25%compared with polysulfide sealant and polyurethane sealant at 28d after ultraviolet aging test.In the corrosion resistance test,the tensile strength is increased by 22.45%and 13.2%,and the corrosion area is reduced by 64%and 47%,respectively.It has strong applicability.
