聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶改性岩土材料对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附影响研究

摘　　要：岩土材料膨润土广泛用于垃圾填埋场的各种防渗系统,经常暴露在强酸性和高浓度重金属的渗滤液中。膨润土无法抵抗阳离子Pb破坏,并在渗透过程中同时吸附液体中的有害物质。为有效提高岩土材料膨润土的吸附能力,以膨润土、丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为原料,通过氢键、聚合合成聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶。研究结果表明,膨润土水凝胶在短接触时间60 min内,以小剂量1 g/L的水凝胶对高质量浓度125 mg/L Pb(Ⅱ)溶液的有效吸附率高达99%。且Pb(Ⅱ)与水凝胶之间存在均匀的物理化学吸附,吸附量受水凝胶上吸附位点数量的控制。聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶与膨润土结合是一种理想的防渗材料,具有低渗透性、耐化学性和对重金属的高吸附性。Bentonite,a geotechnical material,is widely used in various anti-seepage systems in landfills and is often exposed to strong acidic and high concentration heavy metal leachate.However,bentonite cannot resist the destruction of cationic Pb and simultaneously adsorbs harmful substances in the liquid during the infiltration process.In order to effectively improve the adsorption capacity of bentonite,the sodium polyacrylate hydrogel was synthesized by hydrogen bonding and polymerization with bentonite,acrylic acid and acrylamide as raw materials.The results show that the effective adsorption rate of bentonite hydrogel to high concentration(125 mg/L)Pb(Ⅱ)solution is as high as 99%with a small dose(1 g/L)of hydrogel in a short contact time(60 min).There is uniform physical and chemical adsorption between Pb(Ⅱ)and hydrogel,and the adsorption amount is controlled by the number of adsorption sites on the hydrogel.Therefore,the combination of sodium polyacrylate hydrogel and bentonite is an ideal anti-seepage material,which can block the leachate,and has low permeability,chemical resistance and high adsorption of heavy metals.
