橡胶基球拍专用胶水的制备及粘接强度对比研究

摘　　要：专业运动员乒乓球拍根据自己的打法进行自行粘接,这种粘接胶水的弹性会直接影响乒乓球拍最终的性能。研究以天然橡胶为基质材料制备了一种专门应用于乒乓球拍面粘合的胶水,胶水通过不同程度的机械塑炼,能够在一定程度上改变原有的平均分子量,在经过有机溶剂环己烷进行溶解以后的溶解度高于原有的橡胶,最高溶解度可达29%左右。结果表明:该胶水的粘合性较好,能够有效粘接乒乓球底板、海绵、胶片,且在相同量胶水使用条件下,能够为乒乓球拍提供更好的弹性。The table tennis rackets of professional athletes are bonded according to their own way of play,and the elasticity of the glue will directly affect the final performance of table tennis racket.With natural rubber as the matrix material,an adhesive glue specially used for table tennis racket surface was prepared.Through different levels of mechanical plasricate,the glue can change the original average molecular weight to some extent,and after it was dissolved by organic solvent cyclohexane,the solubility was higher than the original rubber,the highest of which could reach 29%.Experiments show that the glue has good adhesion,can effectively bond table tennis bottom plate,sponge,and film,and under the same amount of glue,it can provide better elasticity for table tennis racket.
