园林景观造型用的改性木质纤维/石墨沥青瓦制备及性能测试

摘  要:试验通过木质纤维和鳞片石墨,对园林景观造型用的沥青瓦进行改性,制备了一种木质纤维-石墨沥青瓦,并研究其性能。试验结果表明;木质纤维-石墨沥青瓦具备较好的低温抗裂性;当温度为35、65℃时,木质纤维-石墨沥青瓦的稳定系数分别为22.4、8.3,高温稳定性良好;软化点高达66.8℃,说明抗老化性较好;木质纤维-石墨沥青瓦在耐酸碱腐蚀中残留比面积均超过90%,说明化学稳定性良好;木质纤维-石墨沥青瓦在高低温循环16次时的撕裂强度仅降低5.9%,说明热震稳定性较好。制备的木质纤维-石墨沥青瓦综合性能较好,优于普通沥青瓦,可应用于乡村绿色园林景观建筑造型中。In this experiment,asphalt shingles used for garden and landscape modeling were modified by using wood fibers annd flake graphite,then a type of wood fiber graphite asphalt shingle was prepared,and its performance was studied.The experimental results showed that wood fiber graphite asphalt shingles had a good low-temperature crack resistance.When the temperature was 35℃and 65℃,the stability coefficients of wood fiber graphite asphalt shingles were 22.4 and 8.3,respectively,indicating a good stability in high temperature.Its softening point was up to 66.8℃,showing a good aging resistance.The residual specific area of wood fiber graphite asphalt tile in acid and alkali corrosion resistance was more than 90%,demonstrating a good chemical stability.In the thermal shock stability test,the tear strength of the wood fiber graphite asphalt tile decreased by only 5.9%after 16 cycles at high and low temperatures,indicating a good thermal shock stability.In conclusion,the wood fiber graphite asphalt shingles prepared in this experiment have good comprehensive performance and are superior to ordinary asphalt shingles.It can be applied in landscape architecture modeling.
