摘 要:在工程结构中,高阻尼橡胶材料支座隔震及力学性能对桥梁等建筑具有非常重要的作用,对新型高阻尼橡胶隔震支座的隔震及力学性能进行了实验研究。通过力学性能试验测试了高阻尼橡胶材料支座在水平和竖向加载设备中的性能;测试应变幅值的变化来计算出高阻尼橡胶材料等效水平刚度和等效阻尼比,结果表明:等效水平刚度随应变幅值的增大呈递减趋势,等效阻尼比随应变幅值的变化较小,刚度越小说明材料的隔震效果越佳;当应变幅值小于120%时,高阻尼橡胶材料的减震效果最佳。In engineering structures,the seismic isolation and mechanical properties of high damping rubber bearings play a very important role in bridges and other buildings,so the seismic isolation and mechanical properties of the new high damping rubber bearings were studied experimentally.The performance of high damping rubber bearing in horizontal and vertical loading equipment was tested by mechanical property test.The equivalent horizontal stiffness and equivalent damping ratio of high-damping rubber material were calculated by the change of the equivalent damping ratio with the strain amplitude.Results showed that the equivalent stiffness decreased with the increasing of strain amplitude,however,the change of equivalent damping ratio was small with the strain amplitude.The smaller the stiffness was,the better the seismic isolation effect of the material was.When the strain amplitude was less than 120%,the damping effect of high damping rubber material was the best.
