摘　　要：桶外水泥固化是将放射性废液与水泥按一定比例在搅拌混合器中搅拌均匀,然后装入包装容器,经凝固养护后制成具有一定机械强度的水泥的过程,具有装填率高、处理能力大和可连续运行的优点。搅拌混合器在运行过程中必然会被水泥沾污,沾污到一定程度,影响设备的使用寿命及固化线的连续运行。主要针对水泥沾污问题进行优化改进,自主研发一套基于搅拌混合器的清洗系统,使得放射性废物最小化,且实现在放射性环境下的设备便利检修。Cement curing outside the batch is the process of mixing radioactive waste liquid and cement evenly in the batch mixer in a certain proportion,and then loading it into a packaging container.After solidification and maintenance,it is made into cement with a certain machine strength.It has the advantages of high filling rate,large processing capacity and continuous operation.During the operation of the batch mixer,it will inevitably be contaminated by cement to a certain extent,which will affect the service life of the surface and the continuous operation of the inspection line.In this paper,we focused on optimizing and improving the problem of cement contamination,and independently devoloped a set of green cleaning system based on batch mixer to minimize radioactive waste and realize convenient maintenance in a radioactive environment.
