摘　　要：分析探讨了国产化设备生产高模低缩(HMLS)涤纶工业丝的工艺条件,制定出高黏原料、纺丝、冷却、牵伸、卷绕各工序适合的关键工艺参数,重点研究了影响HMLS涤纶工业丝性能的因素,并提出了获得HMLS涤纶工业丝高质量指标的工艺控制关键点。The process conditions for producing HMLS polyester industrial filaments by domestic equipment were analyzed and discussed.The key technological parameters suitable for the processes of high viscosity raw material,spinning,cooling,drawing and winding were established.The factors affecting the perfor⁃mance of HMLS polyester industrial filaments were studied,and the key points of process control for obtain⁃ing the high quality index of HMLS polyester industrial filaments were put forward.
