摘　　要：通过优化加弹工艺参数和DTY判色检验,以及优化筒染染色工艺和助剂,42 dtex/28 f锦纶6弹力丝的筒管成型和松紧度均满足筒染染色要求;筒染染色使得一次性染色成功率由不足60%提高到93%以上,不仅染色匀染性好,而且染色后无塌边、凸出现象,退绕顺畅,有效地解决了42 dtex/28 f锦纶6筒染色差大、匀染性差的质量问题。加弹机筒染质量达到甚至超过了松筒机的染色质量水平,极大地提高了产品生产效率和企业经济效益。By optimizing the parameters of texturing process and DTY color test,as well as optimizing the dyeing process and additives,the bobbin forming and tightness of 42 dtex/28 f polyamide 6 stretch yarn can meet the requirements of cylinder dyeing.The success rate of one-time dyeing is increased from less than 60%to more than 93%,which not only has good dyeing evenness,but also has no collapse and bulge phe⁃nomenon after dyeing,and smooth unwinding,which effectively solves the quality problems of large dyeing difference and poor evenness of 42 dtex/28 f polyamide 6 cylinder dyeing.The cylinder dyeing quality of the texturing machine reaches or even exceeds the dyeing quality level of the loose cartridge machine,which greatly improves the production efficiency and economic benefits of the enterprise.
