摘  要:首先,对市售Zylon-AS、Zylon-HM和国产PBO-AS、PBO-HM纤维的力学性能进行了对比分析。其次,研究了在不同存储条件下保存时间对聚对苯撑苯并二唑(PBO)纤维力学性能的影响,包括:在含水和烘干条件下保存时间对PBO-AS纤维浸胶丝力学性能的影响;PBO-AS、PBO-HM和PBO-AS-PB纤维浸胶丝在自然光照和避光保存条件下力学性能随保存时间的变化。结果表明:国产PBO纤维的力学性能已达到市售东洋纺同类产品水平;在烘干条件下保存的PBO-AS纤维浸胶丝的强度保持率较含水条件下保存的明显提高,最高提高12%;通过原位聚合改性引入抗紫外剂的PBOAS-PB纤维,经17280 h光照后的强度保持率为54.28%,明显高于未改性的PBO-AS和PBO-HM纤维(强度保持率分别为29.34%和37.34%)。Firstly,the mechanical properties of commercial Zylon-AS,Zylon-HM and domestic PBO-AS,PBO-HM fibers were compared and analyzed.Secondly,the effect of storage time on the mechanical proper⁃ties of PBO fibers under different storage conditions was studied,including the effect of storage time on the mechanical properties of PBO-AS fibers under water content and drying conditions,the changes of mechan⁃ical properties of PBO-AS,PBO-HM and PBO-AS-PB fibers with storage time under natural light and dark storage conditions.The results show that the mechanical properties of domestic PBO fibers have reached the level of similar products of Toyobo commercial products.The strength retention rate of PBOAS fibers impregnated filaments preserved in drying condition was significantly higher than that preserved in water-containing condition,with the highest increase of 12%.The strength retention rate of PBO-AS-PB fibers with anti-UV property modified by in-situ polymerization was 54.28%after 17280 h illumination,which was significantly higher than that of unmodified PBO-AS and PBO-HM fibers(strength retention rates were 29.34%and 37.34%,respectively).
