国产对位芳纶油剂产品开发及应用性能评价

摘　　要：介绍了国产对位芳纶油剂产品开发及应用性能评价情况,并与进口对位芳纶油剂进行了对比,测试了同一纺锭上使用国产油剂和进口油剂所纺的对位芳纶的油剂质量分数、色相、强度、抱合性等指标,结果表明,使用国产油剂所纺的对位芳纶的各项性能指标良好,与使用进口油剂所纺的对位芳纶相比无显著差异,国产油剂可以替代进口产品。The development and application performance evaluation of domestic para-aramid fiber spinning finish were introduced,and compared with the imported para-aramid fiber spinning finish.The spinning fin⁃ish mass fraction,hue,strength and cohesion of para-aramid fiber spun with domestic spinning finish and imported spin finish on the same spindle were tested.The results show that the properties of para-aramid fi⁃ber spun with domestic spin finish are as well as that spun with imported spinning finish,there is no signifi⁃cant difference between the domestic spinning finish and imported spinning finish,it can replace the import⁃ed products.
