混纺面料中芳纶的鉴别现状分析

摘  要:收集了全球范围内有代表性的厂家和品牌的间位芳纶、对位芳纶,分析其性能差异,便于混纺面料中对两者的鉴别。通过大量试验发现,间位芳纶和对位芳纶在常温浓硫酸中的状态、表面原纤化现象以及拉伸曲线等三个方面有比较大的区别。通过上述区别,可以比较快捷地将间位芳纶和对位芳纶鉴别出来。The meta-aramid fibers and para-aramid fibers of representative manufacturers and brands in the world are collected,and their performance differences are analyzed to facilitate the identification of the two in blended fabrics.Through a large number of experiments,it is found that there are significant differ⁃ences between meta-aramid fibers and para-aramid fibers in three aspects,including state in concentrated sulfuric acid at ordinary temperature,surface fibrillation phenomenon and tensile curve.Based on the above differences,meta-aramid fibers and para-aramid fibers can be quickly identified.
