摘　　要：为实现自动化包装线木栈板和共享栈板共用穿箭侧捆式打包,并根据不同客户需求自由切换,将穿箭侧捆式打带机处链式机更改为液压升降台,通过重新编译的PLC穿带和打包程序控制液压升降台升降,实现木栈板和共享栈板共用一台穿箭侧捆式打包机并实现多功能打包,同时可以根据生产需要实现不同栈板类型自由切换,满足了生产需求。In order to realize the use of wooden pallets and shared pallets with the side strapping baler,and switch freely according to different customer needs,the chain machine at the arrow side strapping baler was changed to a hydraulic lifting platform.Through the recompiled PLC strapping and packing program to con⁃trol the lifting of the hydraulic lifting platform,the wooden pallet and the shared pallet can share one arrow side strapping baler and realize multi-function packaging.At the same time,different pallet types can be switched freely according to production needs to meet production requirements.
