摘  要:针对连续纤维三维打印件在仿真分析过程中预测结果与实测数据之间存在较大误差等问题,开展了成型件跨尺度分析方法研究。构建了均匀化数学等效模型,建立了基于周期性边界条件的代表体元仿真方法,结合精细的微结构模型进行了可靠性验证,并引入制造缺陷对仿真预测模型进行了修正。研究表明,建立的跨尺度模型具有较高的仿真精度,可以代替精细模型进行力学性能仿真分析。Continuous fiber 3D printed parts suffer from large errors between predicted and measured data in the simulation and analysis process.Address the problems,the cross scale analysis method of molded parts was studied.The homogenized mathematical equivalent model was constructed.The representative ele⁃ment simulation method was established based on periodic boundary conditions.The reliability was verified by combining the fine microstructure model.The simulation prediction model was also modified by introduc⁃ing manufacturing defects.Researches show that the cross scale model established has high simulation ac⁃curacy.And it can replace the microstructure model for mechanical performance simulation analysis.
