摘 要:为探究碳纤维对于混凝土抗渗性能的改善效果,通过制备17组圆台形的碳纤维增强混凝土抗渗试件,并采用水压法开展抗渗性能测试,基于正交试验分析了相关因素对混凝土抗渗性能的影响规律。结果表明:对于影响碳纤维增强混凝土抗渗性的指标,其影响顺序为碳纤维质量分数>硅粉质量分数>甲基纤维素质量分数>碳纤维长度;碳纤维长度对混凝土抗渗性的影响基本可以忽略;碳纤维、甲基纤维素及硅粉的质量分数分别为0.500%、0.022%、0.180%时,改性C40混凝土试件取得最低2.8 cm的渗透高度,相比常规混凝土的降幅达50.0%。To explore the improvement effect of carbon fiber on the impermeability of concrete,17 sets of cir⁃cular shaped carbon fibers reinforced concrete impermeability specimens were prepared,based on the strat⁃egy of orthogonal experiments,the impermeability of concrete were tested by water pressure method.The in⁃fluence of relevant factors on the impermeability of concrete was analyzed.The results indicate that the or⁃der of influence on the impermeability of carbon fibers reinforced concrete is carbon fibers mass fraction>silicon powder mass fraction>methyl cellulose mass fraction>carbon fibers length.The effect of carbon fi⁃bers length on the impermeability of concrete can be basically ignored.When the mass fraction of carbon fi⁃bers,methyl cellulose,and silicon powder is 0.500%,0.022%,and 0.180%,respectively,the modified C40 concrete specimen achieves a minimum penetration height of 2.8 cm,which is 50.0%lower than that of con⁃ventional concrete.
