摘 要:【目的】研究不同施肥种类和施肥量对‘早黑宝’葡萄容器苗叶片生理特性及果实品质的影响,以期探索出葡萄容器限根栽培方式下的最佳施肥方式。【方法】以2年生‘早黑宝’葡萄容器苗为试材,测定6种不同施肥处理下葡萄叶片的光合特性、生长量、淀粉和可溶性糖含量、元素含量,以及葡萄果实的可滴定酸含量、总糖含量、SOD活性、总酚含量、类黄酮含量、花色苷含量。【结果】NPK分施全量处理的光合相关参数值整体较高,叶片的生长量也较高;施用半量的发酵有机肥所得到的果实总糖含量较高,SOD活性、总酚含量、类黄酮含量最大。【结论】在葡萄容器苗生长前期可通过增加NPK肥料的施用来促进葡萄的营养生长;在葡萄容器苗生殖生长阶段,降低化肥的施用,使用发酵有机肥会更有利于果实品质的提升。【Objective】To study the effects of different fertilization types and amounts on the physiological characteristics of leaves and fruit quality of'Zaoheibao'grape container seedlings,in order to explore the optimal fertilization method under grape container root limiting cultivation.【Methods】Taking 2-year-old'Zaoheibao'grape container seedlings as experimental materials,photosynthetic characteristics,growth,starch and soluble sugar content,element content of grape leaves,titratable acid content,total sugar content,SOD activity,total phenol content,flavonoid content and anthocyanin content of grape fruits were measured under six different fertilization treatments.【Results】The photosynthetic parameters of the NPK treatment with full application were generally higher,and the growth of leaves was also higher.The total sugar content of fruit obtained by applying half amount of fermented manure was higher,and the SOD activity,total phenol content and flavonoid content were the highest.【Conclusion】In the early stage of grape container seedling growth,the application of NPK fertilizer can be increased to promote the nutritional growth of grapes.In the reproductive growth stage of grape container seedlings,reducing the application of chemical fertilizer and using fermented Manure is more conducive to the improvement of fruit quality.
