摘 要:【目的】探究阔实在农大金猕上疏蕾的适宜浓度和时期,以及对果实品质的影响,为猕猴桃化学疏蕾提供参考。【方法】以农大金猕为材料,设置不同浓度阔实处理(5 ml/L、2.5 ml/L、1.67 ml/L、1.5 ml/L、1 ml/L),不同喷施时期处理(侧蕾0~1 mm、侧蕾1~2 mm、侧蕾2~3mm),开花后30 d调查主蕾坐果率和侧蕾坐果率等指标,果实成熟期测定品质指标,以确定阔实在农大金猕上的疏蕾效应。【结果】阔实疏蕾的适宜浓度为1.67 ml/L,在侧蕾0~1mm时使用可显著降低侧蕾坐果率,对主蕾坐果率无显著影响,明显提高了果实单果质量和可溶性固形物质量分数。【结论】阔实可以作为有效疏蕾剂在农大金猕上应用,适宜浓度为1.67 ml/L,侧蕾0~1 mm时连续喷施3次效果最好。【Objective】The appropriate concentration and spraying period of bud thinning agent—kuoshi on‘Nongda Jinmi’kiwifruit were explored,the effects of kuoshi on fruit quality were studied,so as to provide reference for the application of bud thinning agent on kiwifruit.【Methods】The test material was‘Nongda Jinmi’kiwifruit.Kuoshi concentration screening test was carried out at the early bud stage,with five concentration treatments of 5 ml/L、2.5 ml/L、1.67 ml/L、1.5 ml/L、1 ml/L,water was control.The spraying period screening test were carried out,three treatments were set:stage 1(Lateral buds was 0~1 mm),stage 2(Lateral buds was 1~2 mm),stage 3(Lateral buds was 2~3 mm),water was control.The fruit setting rate of main buds and lateral buds were investigated for 30 days after flowering.At the fruit ripening stage,the selected treatments were sampled to measure the fruit quality.In order to determine the research on effect of bud thinning of Kuoshi on‘Nongda Jinmi’kiwifruit.【Results】When Kuoshi is applied to‘Nongda Jinmi’kiwifruit,the suitable concentration is 1.67 ml/L,the suitable spraying period is the stage 1(Lateral bud was 0~1 mm),.It can significantly reduce the fruit setting rate of the side bud.There was no significant effect on the main bud fruit setting rate and the single fruit weight and the soluble solid content can be significantly increased.【Conclusion】Kuoshi can be used as an effective bud thinning agent in production.The suitable concentration is 1.67 ml/L,When the lateral buds are 0~1 mm,the best effect is to spray them continuously for three times.
