摘 要:葡萄果实色泽是衡量其商业价值的重要指标之一,决定果实色泽的主要物质是花色苷,其种类和含量决定了葡萄果实的着色程度。葡萄果实色泽除了与基因型、内源激素含量、果实糖积累水平等内在因素有关,也与外界环境因素(光照、温度、土肥水、栽培管理措施)以及植物生长调节剂等密切相关。通过栽培手段和生长调节剂的应用,可以有效的改善果皮着色,提高果品质量。本文对影响葡萄上色的原因和促进葡萄着色的技术要点进行概括,为促进葡萄着色提供技术参考。The color of grape berry is one of the important indicators to measure its commercial value.The main substance that determines the color of grape berry is anthocyanins,and their type and content determine the degree of coloring of grape berry.The color of grape berry is not only related to internal factors such as genotype,endogenous hormone content,and fruit sugar accumulation level,but also closely related to external environmental factors such as light,temperature,soil and water,cultivation management measures,and plant growth regulators.The application of cultivation methods and growth regulators can effectively improve fruit skin coloring and improve fruit quality.This article summarizes the reasons that affect grape coloring and the key technical points to promote grape coloring,providing technical references for promoting grape coloring.
