摘  要:梨作为日常水果深受人们喜爱,同时梨产业也是我国许多贫困县的产业支柱。在梨树生产中,为了保证产量和收益,化学防治成了病虫害防治的必要手段。农药在有效防控病虫灾害、保障果蔬安全等方面确确实实发挥着重要作用,但众多消费者对农药的认知与实际情况存在偏差,致使很多人对施过药的农产品持有质疑态度。本文综述了国内外残留农药在梨果中消解动态的研究现状,以及农药进入植物中被代谢转化的研究现状,以期为梨果食品安全提供科学依据,为后期深入研究农药在梨果中的代谢规律以及选育抗性品种和修复环境污染提供一定的理论支撑。Pears are loved as daily fruits,and they are also the industrial pillars of many poor counties in China,so pesticides have become a necessary means to ensure production and income.Pesticides do play an important role in effectively preventing and controlling pests and diseases,and ensuring the safety of fruits and vegetables,but many consumers'perception of pesticides is biased from the actual situation,causing many people to question the applied agricultural products.In this paper,the research status of the digestion dynamics of residual pesticides in pear fruits at home and abroad,as well as the research status of pesticides entering plants and being metabolized and transformed,in order to provide a scientific basis for pear food safety,and provide certain theoretical support for in-depth study of the metabolic law of pesticides in pear fruits,the selection of resistant varieties and the restoration of environmental pollution.
