摘　　要：装配有防爆膜的高压电气设备可在气室压力超出设定值时引爆泄压以保护设备壳体安全。针对某330 kV断路器气室防爆膜异常破损故障,分析故障原因,并提出防爆膜在生产、安装、运输、运检各环节的防范措施。High-voltage electrical equipment equipped with explosion-proof membrane is enabled to ignite pressure relief so as to protect the equipment shell when the pressure of air chamber exceeds the set value.As for an abnormal damage failure of explosion-proof membrane of gas chamber of a 330 kV circuit breaker,analyses are carried out on the failure causes,and preventive measures for explosion-proof membrane in production,installation,transportation,inspection are put forward.
