摘　　要：针对变电站遥测数据误送影响系统潮流分布和调度监视控制造成发电厂出力异常等问题,结合220 kV某变电站综合自动化改造,分析变电站调度数据传输的网络协议及物理结构,进一步梳理变电站模拟量、测控装置码值、监控后台数据库、远动装置转发表及省级、地市级调度主站系数之间的转换关系,得到变电站综自改造的遥测全过程解析表达式及配置方法,确保变电站改造期间全站一次设备不停电,保障改造进程安全有序和稳步推进。In allusion to the output anomalies of power plants due to the false telemetry data mistransmission in substations on the system power flow distribution,the dispatch monitoring control,combined with a complex automation retrofit in a 220 kV substation,analyses are carried out on the network protocol and physical structure of substation dispatch data transmission as well as the transfer relationship among the analog quantity,code value of measurement and control devices,monitoring database,telemechanical transmitter of substations and the coefficients of provincial and municipal main dispatch substations,based on which the logical expressions and configuration method for the entire telemetry process of the retrofit is substained so as to ensure the retrofit pushing ahead safely,orderly and steadily without power outages in primary equipment of the substation.
