摘　　要：根据连续包覆挤铝技术生产无缝铝套的原理,在焊接平滑铝套电缆生产工艺基础上,创新设计了无缝平滑铝套电缆产品及生产工艺,从结构、机械性能及安装应用等方面对无缝平滑铝套电缆进行试验分析,结果表明设计的无缝平滑铝套电缆具有制作工艺先进、产品性能优良、应用效果良好、市场前景广阔等优势。In compliance with the principle of producing seamless aluminum sleeves by continuous aluminum cladding extrusion technology,the smooth seamless aluminum-sheathed cable products and production process are innovatively designed based on the production process of smooth welded aluminum-sheathed cables.The smooth seamless aluminum-sheathed cable is tested and analyzed from the aspects of structure,mechanical properties,installation and application.The results show that the manufacturing process of the designed smooth seamless aluminum-sheathed cable is possessed with many advantages such as advanced fabrication processes,excellent product performance,good application effects and sound market prospects.
