摘 要:根际激发效应是调控土壤有机碳和养分循环的第三大因子,仅次于温度、水分因子。以水曲柳和落叶松成年大树为研究对象,利用一种新颖的天然~(13)C同位素示踪的根箱法,测量了野外条件时的根际激发效应。结果表明:天然~(13)C同位素示踪技术与根箱相结合的方法,成功测定了森林中成年大树的根际激发效应,并评估了该方法的优缺点。利用该方法,测得的水曲柳、落叶松的根际激发效应强度,平均值分别为8.7%、9.3%,其范围分别为-11.0%~35.4%、-3.8%~27.5%,但种间的根际激发效应没有显著性差异。The rhizosphere priming effect is the third most important factor for influencing soil organic carbon and nutrient cycling at a similar magnitude as soil temperature and moisture.A 13 C natural tracer root chamber method was introduced and tested in a temperate forest of northeast China.The method of combining 13 C natural tracer with root chamber successfully measured the rhizosphere priming effect of mature trees in the field ecosystem.Meanwhile,we also evaluate the advantages and weaknesses of the method.The averaged magnitude of the rhizosphere priming effect of Fraxinus mandshurica and Larix olgensis were 8.7%and 9.3%,respectively,and the range was-11.0%-35.4%and-3.8%-27.5%,respectively.The interspecific difference in rhizosphere priming effect was not significant,because the variation among individual trees within the species was too large.
