摘 要:土壤细菌作为土壤微生物的重要组成部分,是湿地生态系统中土壤-植物系统生源要素迁移转化的引擎。以长白山白江河森林沼泽、灌丛沼泽、草本沼泽为研究对象,采用高通量测序技术,对3种植被类型沼泽土壤细菌群落特征进行分析。结果表明:变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)是长白山白江河沼泽土壤的主要优势类群。3种植被类型沼泽土壤细菌群落不同,灌丛沼泽、草本沼泽分布最多的是变形菌门,相对丰度分别达28.92%、21.38%,森林沼泽分布最多的是酸杆菌门,相对丰度达35.85%。与灌丛沼泽相比,草本沼泽变形菌门丰度显著下降26.06%,绿弯菌门、拟杆菌门丰度增加20.99%、28.50%。与草本沼泽相比,森林沼泽变形菌门、酸杆菌门、放线菌门丰度分别上升37.78%、97.63%、168.74%,绿弯菌门、拟杆菌门丰度分别下降52.86%、73.65%。灌丛沼泽土壤细菌多样性显著高于草本沼泽、森林沼泽,而草本沼泽、森林沼泽土壤细菌多样性差异较小。冗余分析发现,影响长白山白江河沼泽土壤细菌群落的主要因子是土壤有机质质量分数。Soil bacterial communities under three vegetation types(shrub swamp,herb swamp and forest swamp)in Baijianghe of Changbai Mountains were investigated using high-throughput sequencing.Results indicated that Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria and Chloroflexi were the dominant groups in swamp soils in Baijianghe of Changbai Mountains.Soil bacterial communities differed strongly among the three vegetation types.Proteobacteria was the most abundant phylum in the shrub swamp and herb swamp.The relative abundances of Proteobacteria were 28.92%and 21.38%in the shrub swamp and herb swamp,respectively.Acidobacteria was the most abundant in the forest swamp.The relative abundance of Acidobacteria was 35.85%inthe forest swamp.Compared tothe shrub swamp,the abundance of Proteobacteria in the herb swamp decreased by 26.06%and the abundance of Chloroflexi and Bacteroidetes increased by 20.99%and 28.50%,respectively.Compared to the herb swamp,the abundances of Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria and Actinobacteria in the forest swamp increased by 37.78%,97.63%and 168.74%,and the abundances of Chloroflexi and Bacteroidetes decreased by 52.86%and 73.65%,respectively.Soil bacterial diversity in the shrub swamp was significantly higher than those in the herb swamp and forest swamp,while no difference in soil bacterial diversity between the herb swamp and forest swamp.Redundancy analysis indicated that the soil organic matter was the main factor affecting the soil bacterial communities in the Baijianghe of Changbai Mountains.Our results would be important for evaluating the resources and functions of wetland ecosystems.
