摘 要:走私违法犯罪的相关信息被存储在各类媒介中,数据量大且多源。面对非结构化缉私案件数据爆炸式增长与情报高效研判之间的矛盾,从多源案事件数据中获取知识已成为当前缉私情报领域亟需解决的问题。针对当前走私活动时间跨度大、地域范围广、中间环节多、犯罪手法多样的特征,通过研究基于深度学习的缉私知识获取算法,构建具有时空特征的缉私知识表达模型,探索知识驱动的缉私情报研判方法,可以形成“数据-信息-知识-情报”一体化的缉私情报研判新模式,从而推动缉私大数据资源的深度挖掘和应用,提升缉私情报研判的自动化、智能化水平。Information related to smuggling crimes is stored in various media,which has the characteristics of large amount of data and multiple sources.In the face of the contradiction between the explosive growth of unstructured anti-smuggling case data and the efficient research and judgment of intelligence,acquiring knowledge from multi-source case data has become an urgent scientific problem in the field of anti-smuggling intelligence.In view of the characteristics of smuggling activities,such as large time span,wide geographical scope,multiple intermediate links and diverse criminal methods,a representation model of anti-smuggling knowledge taking into account the characteristics of time and space was constructed,an algorithm for acquiring anti-smuggling knowledge based on deep learning was studied,and a knowledge-driven method for researching and judging anti-smuggling information was explored.Through the research,it is expected to form a new model of"data-information-knowledge-intelligence"integration of anti-smuggling intelligence research and judgment,promote the deep mining and application of anti-smuggling big data resources,and improve the automation and intelligence level of anti-smuggling intelligence research and judgment.
