摘  要:矿业废弃地治理因解决“人地矛盾”而兴起,目前研究的重点和热点已经转变为解决“人污矛盾”,主要集中在重金属污染、矿山酸性废水、土壤化、综合利用及工程实践四个方面。文章以赤水河流域某历史遗留硫磺冶炼废渣综合治理及生态恢复项目为实施案例,通过环境风险调查和评估、岩土工程勘察、风险管控+生态修复、实施效果评估的技术路线,历史遗留矿业废弃地中的酸性废渣和酸性废水得到了有效防控,已成为区域(流域)污染防控的典型案例和示范工程。The treatment of mining wasteland rises because of solving the contradiction between man and land.At present,the focus and hot spot of research have changed to solving the contradiction between man and pollution,mainly focusing on heavy metal pollution,acidic wastewater from mines,soilization,comprehensive utilization and engineering practice.Taking a historical sulfur smelting waste residue comprehensive treatment and ecological restoration project in Chishui River Basin as an implementation case,through the technical route of environmental risk investigation and assessment,geotechnical engineering investigation,risk control+ecological restoration and implementation effect evaluation,acidic waste residue and acid wastewater in historical mining wasteland have been effectively prevented and controlled,which has become a typical case and demonstration project for regional(basin)pollution prevention and control.
