摘 要:近年来,我国进口铝土矿的规模不断扩大,而国内绝大多数铝土矿(约95%)都为一水硬铝石型铝土矿,对氧化铝生产条件要求苛刻,且生产成本高,限制了本土铝土矿的使用。面对这一问题,石灰拜耳法在一水硬铝石生产氧化铝过程中得到广泛应用。文章主要从拜耳法石灰的溶出机理、石灰对拜耳法赤泥沉降性能的影响、石灰对拜耳法赤泥相变的影响、石灰质量及石灰添加方式的选择几方面对石灰在一水硬铝石拜耳法生产氧化铝中的作用进行阐述,同时展望了石灰在一水硬铝石拜耳法生产氧化铝中的应用前景。In recent years,the scale of imported bauxite in China has been expanding continuously,while most(about 95%)of domestic bauxite is diasporic bauxite.The requirements for alumina production conditions are strict and the production cost is high,which limits the use of local bauxite.Facing this problem,lime Bayer process has been widely used in the production of alumina from diaspore.This paper mainly expounds the role of lime in alumina production by diaspore Bayer process from the following aspects:the dissolution mechanism of lime in Bayer process,the influence of lime on settling performance of red mud in Bayer process,the influence of lime on phase change of red mud in Bayer process,the selection of lime quality and lime addition methods,and looks forward to the application prospect of lime in alumina production by diaspore Bayer process.
