摘  要:非煤矿山井下排水工作目前存在设备启停都需操作人员到现场通过低压柜按钮进行排水,自动化程度低、工作效率不高、应对突发涨水情况能力不足的现状。为紧跟智能化以及自动化减人增效的步伐,文章通过实例介绍以罗克韦尔PLC为核心,基于以太网通信网络将水仓水位、正负压力传感器、流量传感器、温度传感器、电动阀门、真空泵等多设备融为一体的水泵自动控制系统。采用触摸屏以及InTouch上位实现远程控制和监控,提升排水工作效率以及自动化生产水平。At present,the underground drainage work in non-coal mines requires operators to be on site to carry out drainage through LV cabinet buttons for starting and stopping the equipment,resulting in low automation degree,low working efficiency and inadequate capacity to handle sudden flooding.In order to keep up with the pace of intelligence and automation to reduce personnel and increase efficiency,this paper introduces an example of an automated pump control system.The system based on an Ethernet communication network is built around a Rockwell PLC and integrates multiple devices,including water sump level,positive and negative pressure sensors,flow sensors,temperature sensors,electric valves,and vacuum pumps.In this system,the touch screen and InTouch master computer are used to realize remote control and monitoring,improving drainage efficiency and automatic production level.
