城市社区微治理中多元主体协同的博弈困境与女性参与

摘　　要：城市社区微治理作为社区精细化管理的有效途径弥补了传统治理模式的不足。然而,多元主体在参与社区微治理过程中尚存在诸多博弈困境。以“结构—过程—能力”为分析框架,研究发现,制度缺失、利益失衡、资本分散是导致多元主体参与社区微治理过程中存在博弈困境的主要归因。女性主体在社区微治理中发挥了传播合作意识、促进多元主体参与、扩展支持渠道、增强制度柔韧性等积极作用,为社区微治理提供了隐性助力。在实践层面推动多元主体协同参与社区微治理,有必要以女性主体为核心力量,从多元主体之间的协同互惠结构规则、协同动态过程网络、协同合作能力平台三个维度,增强女性主体参与,助力社区微治理效能。There are many game difficulties in the process of multi-subjects participating in community micro-governance.Based on the analysis framework of"structure-process-capacity",it is found that the lack of system,imbalance of interests,and capital dispersion are the main reasons for the game dilemma in the process of multi-subject participation in community micro-governance.Female subjects play a positive role in community micro-governance,such as spreading the sense of cooperation,promoting the participation of multiple subjects,expanding support channels,and enhancing the flexibility of the system,providing an implicit boost for community micro-governance.In order to promote the collaborative participation of multiple subjects in community micro-governance at the practical level,it is necessary to take female subjects as the core strength,enhance the participation of female subjects and help the efficiency of community micro-governance.
