摘 要:采用溶剂热法和煅烧处理制备了I掺杂ZnO微米棒,系统表征了ZnO微米棒的结构、形貌及光吸收性能。以大肠杆菌为研究对象,用菌落计数法测试了样品的可见光光催化抗菌活性。结果表明,溶剂热法合成的pre-I-ZnO含较多体相缺陷,而经过在空气中以400℃高温煅烧2 h处理可得到富含表面氧空位的I-ZnO。单一的ZnO在可见光照射下的抗菌能力很低,而I掺杂ZnO的可见光光催化抗菌活性得到明显提高。煅烧处理的I-ZnO对细菌的杀灭率明显高于pre-IZnO和ZnO。在可见光光照4 h后,I-ZnO的反应体系中菌液的浓度由10^(6~7) cfu/mL降到26 cfu/mL,杀菌率达99.999%以上。在光催化抗菌过程产生的活性物种中,光生电子、·O_(2)^(−)和H_(2)O_(2)起了主要作用。In this study,iodine doped ZnO(I-ZnO)was prepared by solvothermal method and postcalcination treatment.The crystal structure,morphology and light absorption properties of the prepared I-ZnO were characterized systematically.The photocatalytic antibacterial activity of IZnO against Escherchia coli under visible light was evaluated by colony forming units(CFU).The results showed that the pre-I-ZnO prepared by solvothermal method exhibited many bulk phase defects.After calcination in air at 400℃for 2 h,surface oxygen vacancies were generated on IZnO.The antibacterial activity of single ZnO under visible light irradiation was very low,while the antibacterial activity of I-doped ZnO in visible light photocatalysis was significantly improved.In addition,the photocatalytic antibacterial activity of I-ZnO was significantly higher than that of pre-I-ZnO and ZnO.After 4 h of visible light irradation,the concentration of bacterial solution of the I-ZnO reaction system decreased from 10^(6~7) cfu/mL to 26 cfu/mL and the antibacterial rate reached 99.999%.Among the active species generated in the photocatalytic process,photogenerated electrons,·O_(2)^(−) and H_(2)O_(2) had played a major role.
