摘 要:随着全球气候变化,近海海域赤潮频发,严重威胁着海水养殖业。越来越多的国家设定了海产品中海洋贝类生物毒素的最大残留限量,并发展了海洋有毒赤潮预警技术。海洋贝类生物毒素种类多、含量低,检测时基质干扰严重,因此样品前处理技术在检测过程中有着重要作用,也是海洋贝类生物毒素检测研究的热点之一。对海洋贝类生物毒素检测研究中的3种主要样品前处理技术(固相萃取技术、QuEChERS方法和固相吸附毒素跟踪技术)的研究进展进行了综述,并分别阐述了这3种技术所用吸附剂的种类、特点及其在海洋贝类生物毒素检测研究中的应用情况。With the global climate change,red tides occur frequently in offshore waters,which seriously threaten the mariculture industry.An increasing number of countries have set maximum residue limits for marine shellfish biotoxins in marine products and developed marine toxic red tide early warning technology.Due to the wide varieties and low content of the marine shellfish biotoxins,as well as the serious matrix interference while detecting,sample pretreatment technologies play a significant role in the detection process,and become a focus issue in the study of marine shellfish biotoxin detection.In this paper,the research progress of three main sample pretreatment technologies for determining marine shellfish biotoxins is reviewed.They are Solid Phase Extraction(SPE)technology,QuEChERS method and Solid Phase Adsorption Toxin Tracking technology(SPATT).The types and characteristics of the adsorbents used in these technologies and their applications in the detection of marine shellfish biotoxins are summarized,respectively.
