摘  要:本文介绍了典型化学原料制药废水的组成及处理措施的工程实例。化学药品原料药制造企业废水成分复杂,可生化性极差,COD负荷高,盐分高,处理难度较大。现有的环保管理均提出了分质分流收集及预处理的要求,本实例中废水含有的有毒、难降解污染物有乙腈、二氯甲烷等,需进行预处理降低水中的乙腈浓度及二氯甲烷的浓度,从而减小该类废水对生化系统的冲击。分质分流预处理后全厂综合废水为低浓度有机废水,采用“水解酸化+UASB”组合工艺进行处理,出水能稳定达标排放。This article introduces the composition of chemiacal raw pharmaceutical wastewater and engineering examples of treatment measures.Pharmaceutical wastewater has complex components,poor biodegradability,high COD load,high salinity,and is difficult to treat.The existing environmental management has put forward the requirements for separate collection and pretreatment.In this example,the wastewater contains toxic and refractory organic pollutants such as acetonitrile and carrene.Pre treatment is needed to reduce the concentration of acetonitrile and carrene in the water,thereby reducing the shock to the biochemical system.The comprehensive wastewater of the entire plant after separate collection and pretreatment is low concentration organic wastewater,by combination process of"hydrolysis acidification+UASB",wastewater can meet the standard of discharge.
