水中高锰酸盐指数方法的改进

摘　　要：高锰酸盐指数是水体监测的重要监测指标之一,本文探讨使用移液枪、滴定器和磁力搅拌器组合操作分析样品,结果表明改进后的方法分析样品的准确度和精密度均符合国家标准要求。改进加液方式和滴定方式,可以提高反应速率,缩短反应时间,最大限度地减轻工作人员的工作量。Permanganate index is one of the important monitoring indexes of water monitoring.This paper discusses the combined operation of pipette,titrator and magnetic stirrer to analyze samples.The results show that the accuracy and precision of the improved method are in line with the requirements of national standards.Improving the way of adding liquid and titration can improve the reaction rate,shorten the reaction time and minimize the workload of staff.
