摘　　要：痛风是以间歇性突发性关节炎为主要临床表现的代谢性风湿疾病。抗炎止痛是痛风的基础治疗方法,中医中药外治法治疗痛风可通过对不同中药性、味、归经的组合配伍,作用于多靶点,不仅可以有效镇痛和抗炎,还可以起到一定降尿酸的作用。在继承国医大师李济仁学术思想的基础上,将中医外治与现代药理学及提取工艺相结合,自拟痛风凝胶且在临床中取得较为满意的疗效。本文意在对痛风凝胶的理论、制方特点及潜在作用靶点进行论述,为后续进一步研究提供基础,并为中药外治法在痛风临床中的应用提供一定借鉴。Gout is a metabolic rheumatic disease with intermittent paroxysmal arthritis as its main clinical manifestation.Anti-inflammatory pain relief is the basic treatment.Medicinals constituting a formula of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can be selected through their properties,flavor,and meridian tropism.Therefore,A formula can act on multiple targets.TCM can not only effectively relieve pain and inflammation,but also has certain effects on lowering uric acid levels.On the basis of inheriting the academic thought of Li Jiren,a master of Chinese medicine,we have combined the external treatment of gout with modern pharmacology and extraction process,and developed our own gout gel,which has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.This article is intended to discuss the theory,preparation characteristics and potential targets of the gout gel,to provide a basis for further research,and to provide some reference for the clinical application of external treatment of gout with traditional Chinese medicine.
