摘  要:人参为我国传统中药材,普遍应用于各种药品及保健品。由于药食同源的特点,更是走向世界,需求量与日俱增,其价值不言而喻。人参品质影响因素研究较为广泛,各学者形成了较为多元的体系。为了建立更深入的人参质量评价方法,本研究特对10篇文献进行二次数据分析,得出黑龙江张广才岭区域表现突出,并为人参区域种植提供参考价值。另针对产地因素、气候因素、土壤因素、采收加工因素对人参进行综述,以期为人参的质量评价方法及质量控制提供参考。Ginseng is a traditional Chinese medicinal,which is widely used in a variety of medicines and health products.As the homology of medicinal and food,it is going to be internationally recognized.Therefore,the demand for Ginseng is increasing day by day,and its value is self-evident.The research on influencing factors of Ginseng quality is extensive,and the scholars have formed a more diversified system.In order to establish a more in-depth quality evaluation method of Ginseng,this study conducted secondary data analysis on ten pieces of literature,and concluded that ZHANG Guangcai Ling region of Heilongjiang Province had outstanding performance,and provided reference value for Ginseng regional planting.In addition,it reviewed the factors of producing area,climate,soil and harvesting and processing,in order to provide reference for the quality evaluation method and quality control of Ginseng.
