生物亲和色谱法及在中药药效物质研究中的应用

摘　　要：生物亲和色谱是指利用分析物与色谱固定相的生物亲和结合特点,鉴别出特定活性化合物的一种色谱方法,具有高灵敏度和高选择性等特点。本文主要介绍了免疫亲和色谱、凝集素亲和色谱、细胞膜色谱以及固定化金属亲和色谱的选择原理,重点介绍不同亲和色谱柱的制备方法及在中药药效物质研究中的应用,并就其应用前景做了展望,为进一步研究生物亲和色谱和中药药效物质基础提供了参考。Bioaffinity chromatography is a chromatographic method that identifies the bioactive components via specific binding affinity between the analytes and chromatographic stationary phase.It has high sensitivity and high selectivity.This article mainly reviewed the preparation and applications of immunoaffinity chromatography,lectin affinity chromatography,cell membrane chromatography and immobilized metal affinity chromatography.Moreover,the prospects of these affinity chromatographic methods were also discussed.
