摘 要:地下空间资源是重要的国土资源,对其进行有序地集约开发,可缓解地上空间的压力。地下空间规划建设不仅要考虑经济、地质、功能等条件,还需考虑地下空间资源的已利用情况。利用遥感解译、资料收集以及实地考察手段,探明了中山市地下空间资源利用现状。基于ArcGIS插值计算获得了中山市全空间域地下空间资源利用率及其分布,并与传统估算方法结果进行对比。结果表明:1)中山市100 m以浅地下空间资源平均利用率约为4.1%,远低于传统估算方法的40%;2)中山市(0--100 m)地下空间资源利用率最高为35%,利用率较高地区主要为中山西北部、主城区(石岐区、南区、东区、西区和火炬区)以及三乡和坦洲等地;3)中山市地下空间资源利用类型主要为建筑浅基础、地表水系以及深基础,它们占总利用类型的比例达89%;4)浅层(<0--15 m)地下空间资源平均利用率为16%,次浅层(<-15--30 m)地下空间资源平均利用率为4.4%,次深层(<-30--50 m)地下空间资源平均利用率为1.2%。中山市地下空间资源利用率随深度增加迅速降低。Underground space resources are important national resources,and orderly and intensive development can alleviate the pressure on ground space.The planning and construction of underground space should not only consider economic,geologi-cal,functional and other conditions,but also consider the utilization of underground space resources.In this paper,the utilization of the underground space resource of Zhongshan was investigated through sensing interpretation,data collection and field investi-gation.Based on the data above,the occupied underground space resource is analyzed carefully,and then,the analyzed data were imported into ArcGIS software.And the distribution of the utilization rate of the underground space resource was obtained by Kriging interpolation on the grid.Besides,the average utilization rate calculated by the statistical method and the traditional esti mation method was compared.The research shows that:1)the statistical method calculated average utilization rate of 0--100 m underground space is 4.1%,which is significantly less than 40%of the traditional method estimated.2)the maximum utilization rate of 0--100 m underground space is 35%,and the areas with high utilization rate are mainly located in the northwest of Zhongshan,the downtown area,Sanxiang town and Tanzhou town.3)the main occupation types of underground space resource are building shallow foundation,surface water system and deep foundation in Zhongshan,which account for 89%of the total oc-cupation types.4)the average utilization rate is 16%at 0--15 m,4.4%at-15--30 m and 1.2%at-30--50 m,and the utiliza-tion rate of underground space decreases rapidly with the increase of depth.
